1. Introduction
Stimulating Media LLC ("Stimulating Media," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and data integrity of our clients, website visitors, and business partners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights as it relates to your data.

4. AI Tools & Data Protection
4.1 How We Use AI
Stimulating Media integrates AI-powered tools into our creative workflows to enhance efficiency and accelerate delivery. These tools are used exclusively to assist our design team — every output is reviewed, directed, and finalized by a human professional.
4.2 Enterprise-Grade Privacy Controls
All AI tools we use are operated through enterprise-level or business-grade accounts. These account tiers include contractual data privacy protections that prevent any Client data — including files, assets, briefs, or communications — from being used to train third-party AI models.
Your brand assets, design files, intellectual property, and business data will never be submitted to or used for training any third-party AI system. We maintain enterprise accounts specifically to uphold this commitment.
4.3 Future Proprietary AI Development
Stimulating Media plans to develop proprietary AI models in the future to improve the speed and quality of DaaS creative delivery. If and when this development reaches a stage where Client data could enhance those models, we will:
- Notify all active Clients in advance, in writing
- Request explicit, documented opt-in consent before any use
- Ensure participation is entirely voluntary and does not affect service terms
- Allow Clients to revoke consent at any time
We will never use your brand or assets to train any AI model — ours or a third party's — without your explicit written permission. This is non-negotiable. When that time comes, we will ask. Until then, your data stays private.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Stimulating Media may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate our business and deliver services to you. These include:
- Payment processors (billing and invoicing only)
- Project management and communication platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Slack)
- Email marketing platform (Omnisend) for service communications
- Cloud storage providers for file sharing and delivery
All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond the specific service they provide to us.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or AI training services.
6. Client Brand Assets & Files
All brand files, design assets, and proprietary materials submitted by Clients are treated as confidential and used exclusively for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
- Files are stored in secure, access-controlled environments
- Assets are not shared with any external parties without Client authorization
- Upon project or subscription termination, Clients may request the return or deletion of their files
Client creative files and brand assets are accessible only to the Stimulating Media team members actively working on your project. We apply role-based access controls to protect your materials at every stage.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze site traffic, and deliver relevant content. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Marketing cookies — used to deliver relevant content and measure campaign effectiveness
You may opt out of non-essential cookies without affecting your ability to use our website or services.
