Ben is a UX Master Certified design leader with over 20 years of experience spanning graphic design, web design, user interface design, and motion design. He brings 12 years of expertise in user-centered product design, leading cross-functional teams, building enterprise-level design systems, and streamlining design operations for global organizations like MedImmune and AstraZeneca. As the founder of Stimulating Media, Ben shaped the Design as a Service model based on his experience scaling design operations and delivering data-driven, user-focused solutions. He now leads strategy, client partnerships, and design delivery—ensuring every project runs with precision and purpose.
Mark Ambalong Head of Video Production
Mark is a seasoned Creative Production Lead with over 15 years of experience in filmmaking, editing, and leading video teams. His career began in 2007 with YouTube content creation and evolved into founding HyveCreative, a hybrid production house known for delivering high-impact visual content. At Stimulating Media, Mark leads the video and motion design team—developing production workflows, mentoring talent, and ensuring every project is delivered with precision and storytelling impact. Jee is a visual design leader with over 10 years of experience in branding, illustration, and motion design.
